23 years full time with Education Queensland until march 17th 2009;
Since then I have been relief teaching with Education Tasmania, the Migrant Centre and the polytechnic Launceston Newstead Campus refugees and special education 2010; 
Art teacher H.O.D. (high distinctions in all visual art studies at Griffith University)
Public artworks in sculptured concrete with primary and high school students, Ipswich, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Cape-Gulf District Aboriginal Communities - free standing sculptures and high relief murals with wildlife themes, school community symbols and Christmas religious focus Ipswich;
Gateway Stone Mason’s College Brisbane course in carving stone applied to sandstone paving projects and carved water features, sculptured life sized figures;   
Conservatorium trained in singing;
Composer and performer, recording and editing with Cubase;
Music classroom teacher primary and high school, training students in classical guitar, harp, piano, music technology, production, movie making;

Full time artist and sculptor in Tasmania recording the magnificent scenery in pastels on tempera, acrylics and inks on canvas, portraits and nudes in inks and pastels studying under Jonathan Bowden B.Sc. London, focusing on Impressionist and tempera techniques, making pastels, fixatives, canvases; winner of Arts Tasmania grant 2013; finalist in AAA Sydney 2012, Material Girl theme, "Dance of Life" a competition for Tasmanian women artists, in which 45 artworks are chosen to  tour Tasmania during 2013 and 2014.

Interests

Healthy living exercise; canoeing;  composing, recording, editing original songs by students and self; Involving neighbourhood children in creative activities; stonework in landscaping, creative concrete water features and sculptures; fine art and sewing.
